Bill Bixby Transformation

As a fan of the old Incredible Hulk TV show and Bill Bixby, I undertook this portrait of the scene when Bixby’s character David Banner first transforms into the Hulk creature. The scene takes place on the side of a road during a rainstorm, so the particular challenge of this illustration was attempting to capture wet cloth sticking to skin.

24″ by 18″ pencil illustration.
